The Best Gluten-Free & Dairy Free Recipes by Grace Cheetham – Recipe Book

I’m in love with the bread recipe in this book. I’ve reviewed it here. The book comes as an inexpensive hardcover (linked) and as an even less expensive kindle edition. Worth the money for the multiple bread recipes alone, it covers a multitude of basic flour mixes for different kinds of baking, breads, pastries, desserts, and  a section on mains.
